They were very unprofessional and unwelcoming. After booking an appointment for keratin treatment they said that they won't be doing it bcz of time issues. The receptionist is very rude and she was blabbering about overcrowding or not coming on the appointed time-as I was just 10 minutes late.While booking the appointment she didn't mentioned that the keratin would take about 2 hours. She was just worried about ending her shift as it was near closing time.I wanted to scream. There won't be a next time. This wasn't just about hair it was about trust, and they broke it. Don't make the same mistake I did. Spare yourself the heartbreak and avoid this place at all costs.

They stopped giving me discounts on my full face threading and hair services. They state exorbitant pricing on these services. Very high handed attitude of some staff. Some even refuse to service me So I stopped going

This is my first time having a bad experience at the salon. I forgot the person who did my haircut last so had to go with a new hair dresser. He ruined my haircut so bad right before pujo. I asked him not to shorten my hair and he said he had to get rid of the split ends and showed me how much which I was okay with. Then I asked him to give me a cut according to my face and told him I have curly hair. He chopped the front as well and styled it. Came back home to see that the styling was pathetic, layers were uneven. I don't think I've received such a bad haircut in ages. The stylist's name is Ravi and I am so disappointed. I have no clue how to fix it in a week. I asked him to do butterfly cut but I he did not do that. The front hair layers are horrible to even style it.

From my teenage days i was searching for a good hair salon with highly skilled stylist.One day I accidentally found this.Actually i had appointment on another salon which is opposite of it but as I arrived early they didn't allow me.Disheartened me entered here with heavy heart;thought they can't do it properly. However,the result which I've got is completely outstanding. For the last five years I visit this salon regularly.Moreover,I am really thankful to Mr.Karan who never disappoint me.He is extremely friendly and highly skilled. You do not need to tell him about your hair cut like which will suit you which will not.He never ever disappoint me.

Very good service..i did Keratine treatment from Mr.Sahil.he did wonderful job.he also did a hair cut for me.again this is great.highly recomended.

This place is only good for haircut.Dont go for facial and don't ask for discount.If you ask for discount they will chrg GST and then will give discount of some 50 or 60 rupees.Dont ever ask for a staff name deepa.She will just make u fool

It was about time I had a haircut since it was almost a year. I took an appointment over the phone. The lady was well aware of the pricing and the breakup of the taxes. She gave me the details and I was there at the parlour with my sister on time. The gateman greeted us warmly and so did Ravi, who did my haircut. He understood my needs and my hair quality. He took the initiative to give me suggestions for my hair and its management. I panicked at first seeing my haircut but soon I was in love with the new look given by Ravi. He was very patient and professional. This counts the most at any service store, i.e. the soft skill and the manners of the staff. Definitely going back for other services.
