Daisy Family Salon | Best family salon in Kolkata

When I went to this place around 2015 I got a good service and behavior from owner and staff . Recently after returning from abroad, I went back there on 14th october for a pedicure , manicure and facial for both me and my daughter, the service was more or less good but horrendously dirty facial room which is shabby, shallow ,damp and unhealthy .The bed was unhygienicly dirty. If the owner views this please take a note that this is for the kn sen branch and you need to take steps . I live nearby if this place remains dirty we will not be able to avail the services that daisy salon has to offer.

Daisy family saloon is very good saloon in Kolkata. Awesome place for haircut. I have been visiting this parlour for several years. The stylists are highly professional and experienced to handle all types of hair, and good parlour in very prominent location. Service is good, ambiance is also good, other services also very good.

Terrible service.... I did pedicure and manicure there some days ago and today took my wife expecting some better service but it was totally embarrassing for me. the napalise girl named joti who does these services don't even know the difference between male and female skin. not skilled for female beauty services at all.... just waste of money with time.... more importantly pathetic torture to skin.... we asked shahnaz platinum facial, she showed intact kit box and after starting when my wife closed eyes she used lotus previous used kit and insisted it's better than shown kit.... very much disappointed.... stay away from this salon. lots of better options are available nearby.

The salon's lack of cleanliness was appalling. It felt like the environment hadn't been properly maintained, which made me question the hygiene standards. The staff seemed untrained and ill-equipped to handle customer needs.

Horrible just one word is enough.just took a eyebrow service and one of my bro lines is totally destroyed by the girl.I mean she took 30mns long to make this pathetic eyebrow.full of inexperienced unskilled novice staffs.the owner was also present rgt there today but she didn't even interven or bothered for the service her staff rendered. I was juat hearing the owner was talking abour some hair extensions services to comeup verysoon in their outlet. So they r going to destroy both the hairs and money of the customers. I will suggest not to take any service from them.

Best family saloon I have ever visited staffs are polite and well behaved and owner also nice person soft spoken. Hair cut really awesome and other services also good ambiance also good and friedly

Went to Daisy Bosepukur while visiting my mom's home in the same lane. While the Pedicure was done nicely by Rupa, the manicure was completed by a trainee probably. The whole procedure of manicure was done without any warm water soak. It was painful as warm water could have made the skin rather soft and easy for cuticles to be removed. Furthermore, i had checked the rates before starting up as they handed me a rate card. The guy Rohit at the counter wanted to charge me extra saying prices have increased. Upon my insistence, the rate card price was applied. It is a nice establishment but the staff is rather odd.
