Amazing experience, the owner along w the entire staff is super warm, welcoming and kind. this was my first time getting my hair dyed and not only was the result beyond my expectations, but they walked me through the entire process as well. 10/10 would visit again

the staffs are very polite, they maintain the hygiene the makeup and the hair-do done by ahana di and her other staff was very very good.

Not recommended. Had multiple bad experiences before I finally gave up going here. They did a very bad job with my eyebrows ruining them. They once messed up my upper arm waxing and even ruined my haircut despite clear instructions. The person refused to accept her fault and kept blaming me while the owner tried to handle the situation. A lot of times they would force me into getting services that would ultimately negatively affect my skin. Many a time, they were in too much hurry to just get things done and wouldn't take good care which would lead to painful experiences, rashes, skin tearing etcetera.

Desmona is Amazing! This is the only salon that I trust properly to deal with my hair and skin care. They offer a wide variety of services.Price is reasonable. Great service and warm atmosphere. Love this place!! Everyone who works here are super friendly, talented and accomodating to all their customers. I always leave satisfied.Highly recommended.

I went for a haircut and colour treatment. I experienced something entirely different and it was a first for me. Ahana Ghosh, the owner, is a charming, caring and beautiful person who goes the extra length to make her customers feel comfortable. She has created an environment of trust and tender bonhomie for her associates and they in turn are very warm and gracious. Dolly, the woman who, coloured and styled my hair did an amazing job. It was as if she took years off my face as well. I love the end result and would recommend this beautiful and welcoming spa to anybody who values great service and hospitality.

I went for pedicure at Desmona. The service was great and the booking process was seamless. I booked via Google and got a call from owner with available slots. The girls over there are very warm welcoming and provide very good services. Would like visit there again and recommend to all.
