I visited this salon four months ago and had an excellent experience. However, during my recent visit for the Head to Toe package, I was highly disappointed with the service. Despite paying for a full body massage, I did not receive one and the hair spa treatment felt rushed and incomplete. Additionally, I did not feel relaxed during the procedure and the overall salon environment was not up to the mark. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this salon based on my recent visit. It is disappointing to see such a drastic change in service quality within a short span of time.
