During the durga puja, I went for Hair Smoothening and Hydrafacial service. It was a great experience. The cost of the services was very reasonable and the products were opened in front of me. I accompanied my sister to her scheduled hair treatment, which was both excessively costly and time-consuming. The staff appeared to lack proper training, and the products they used on her hair were counterfeit, not the reputable brands they claimed to be. The outcome was disastrous, leaving my sister devastated and me infuriated by the deceitful practices of this establishment. Despite the hefty bill, the quality of service was abysmal, and neither of us intended to return. We are even considering pursuing legal action against this fraudulent salon.
