Had a wonderful experience at the salon! Got my haircut done by Samir Da, and he did an amazing job, giving me just the look I wanted. His skills and attention to detail are commendable. Also, a big thanks to Tumpa Di for the relaxing facial. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout, and my skin feels so refreshed and glowing. Highly recommend their services for a complete pampering session! Would definitely visit again!

I visited [HAIR EXPRESS] Monday and my hairstylist name Amit......I got my smoothing done on 28 October 2024. It was fine in the beginning and after 22 days of smoothing all the smoothing went away from my head. I was very disappointed, the result was very bad, both my money and my time were wasted. You can see the condition of my hair. He told me that he will use L'Oreal but instead of L'Oreal he used some other product and my hair got burnt. You can see.

I want to warn everyone to be cautious about this salon. Today, I took my 6-year-old daughter there for a haircut. Before starting, I asked them about the cost, and they said it would be 200. However, after the haircut was done, they charged me 700. When I questioned why the price was so high, they claimed it was their "advanced" haircut cost. My point is, if they initially mentioned 200 for a haircut, how can there suddenly be an "advanced" haircut charge of 700? Moreover, no undercut or any special "advanced" styling was done for my daughter. Anyway, I chose not to argue, paid 700, and walked out with the decision never to return to this salon. Yes, I visited here. The salon had a modern and clean ambiance, which made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I received a haircut from one of the staff members, who was very friendly and professional. They took the time to understand my preferences and delivered a great haircut. I visited Hair Express today and was advised to wait for just a few minutes. Despite mentioning that I could return later if it took too long, they insisted I stay, promising I would be next when someone became available. Unfortunately, nearly an hour passed without any update, and out of frustration, I decided to leave, as my time was being wasted. My main concern is that they should have communicated more openly about the wait time beforehand. It seems their queue system favors customers based on how much they are spending. This wasn't my first visit; I've experienced long waits before, but this time it was more than I could handle. While their services aren't bad, I recommend that anyone considering them come prepared with ample time and patience. Good luck to them, and I hope they improve their organization in the future.
