I was searching a parlour for my hair smoothening from a few days. And I found this parlour over Google search. And called them to know the pricing. For a surprise I did not thought anyone would pick up my call. But instantly they received my call and pricing was according to my budget. So I decided to go there. However I was a bit tensed about the service that how it will be but to a surprise they met my expectation very beautifully. Most importantly the homely atmosphere and behaviour of them is quite impressive. I am highly satisfied with their services. And I recommend to others too to visit them at least once. So it last year October immediately after the kolkata pujas I wanted to do keratin treatment as there was mad rush in all parlours before the puja. I could not find a single parlour open at that point. Finally I found Isabella beauty parlor's number with a good rating and I called the owner and request her if she could open the parlor as I had to do keratin treatment. To my surprise she immediately agreed to open the parlor and I was taken a back with her generosity. I mean who agrees to open a parlor on any anonymous request. Now the service part... It was really good. I simply loved it. The service was so good that I decided to go for my second keratin treatment. Pedicure.. Hair cut.. All services are so apt and the cost is very economical. They don't just do the service for the heck of it.. In fact they give their mind.. Soul and time in whatever they do. I am a happy client for sure.

I did face wax for the first time and service given here is very good with good behaviour of staff they also helped me to get rid of redness by proper treatment and also gave suggestions regarding skin treatment.. Overall I will suggest anyone can go here for face wax .

They removed half eyebrow of my friend's and diwali is here she is so upset. Too bad and not professional. How can they let a poorly trained lady do parlor works . Not only that her there are several cuts in her face because of that eyebrow trimming
