Jack of all Shades Family parlour

Went there for kid's haircut. Nice, small salon with expert hairdressers.

Visited this salon two times for my child n my haircut. They have enough experience and cut hairs with utmost care. Give importance to customer.

I took a shave of Gillette Gel worth Rs. 100 and after shaving they said they don't have after shave not only Gillette after shave rather any after shave. They applied suthol of a sudden and justifying that it's better than Gillette aftershave & even they didn't take online payment. They insisted me for paying in Cash.. The lady in the shop is extremely ill mannered I will never recommend anyone to this salon. It's simply disgusting on all counts

There is a lady in the parlour who is extremely ill-mannered and uncivilized. I could explain word to word what happened at this parlour , but my review in that case exceeds Google's word limit and I am prevented from posting any review by Google. Hence I keep it brief. Some of the characteristics that I learned about their parlour are :- 1)Have no printed rate chart and not ready to disclose rates even when enquired verbally. Basically no transparency in business dealings. 2)Don't do Herbal Facial 3)Don't do Hair Colour of customer's preferred brand, even if the customer buys the hair colour from the market and is ready to make full payment and is not hankering for any discount. 4) In case , the customer develops an allergic reaction to any products or cosmetics they apply, they are not ready to take any responsibility. 5)They don't do Oxy-Bleach. 6)Most importantly, don't know how to behave with a lady(senior citizen) , who also happens to be a former corporate high ranking officer. I visited the parlour(better to call it a shop) with my mother , for her requirements only and was forced to experience an extremely unprofessional and ill-mannered woman , who was there today at 12:15 P.M on 18th May, 2023. The person who attends calls is polite and I have no complaints regarding him. But the lady whom we had to interact with is obnxious and not fit for customer handling. I am not going to visit this parlour again and I will also dissuade residents of my housing society to avoid this parlour under all circumstances. Even a minus 100 rating would not be sufficient to expose the kind of ill-behaviour my mother and I had to face when we visited this parlour today at 12:15 P.M. on 18th May,2023.

This is a neat and clean place. I have visited this place for multiple occasions and have got excellent service every time. The professionals are well behave and have provided great service.

Had been to this place today for hair cut , massage and dandruff treatment, the staff here is so humble and welcoming.. reasonable price and awesome service .. truly recommended
