Had a terrible experience today. Wait time was too long even though the salon was quite empty. They didn't shampoo properly at all. Barely used enough shampoo, to the point where it hurt while they were washing my hair. Made way too many excuses to defend their inexperience rather than accepting the mistake. Didn't use serum after washing hair either. The lady who did my brows was nice but everything else was absolutely terrible.

Went for a haircut and had a great experience at the salon. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxed vibe. Big shoutout Suman Barik - he was skilled, attentive, and made sure I was happy with every detail. Really impressed with the cut and overall service. Highly recommend!

It was a really wonderful and refreshing experience. Especially Sushmita, who made the experience quite comfortable and also helped me with her expertise regarding skin care. Also a special mention to Poltu Da who did a fabulous job with my hair cut.

As I am a regular at their salon but this time I am so disappointed with their hair dresser though i am not taking his name here(Kasba Branch)who made my look so messy I felt like crying as my hair is not manageable at all . All old good hair dressers have left and only a simple side bang cannot be cut by the ones who are there...and the person who cut my hair was trying to prove himself right and said that I wouldn't understand the technic even if he explains me! All I needed was a good haircut man...for the last 10yrs I am a regular at both their lake market and kasba branch es but never ever I faced this. It's a request to the management that you should train your hairdressers properly before they attend a customer so that they understand their requirements properly.

I had the amazing experience of having an excellent haircut from their experienced barber Poltu. He was very meticulous and polite. He carefully listened to all my requirements and delivered them. I will always recommend Habib's.

This particular outlet just runs on name. It's sunday morning 11AM, only 1 staff is available and even after having a prior apartment I had to wait for 30 minutes before having my haircut. Requesting the management team to look after this immediately otherwise you'll have to shit this unit soon. Also not to mention the service they offer is getting poor day by day. Some of them can't trim the beard properly yet they will do the same just to charge a hefty amount in the bill.

Pretty ordinary service. The issue I had with curls in my hair resurfaced in a couple of days. The saloon itself smelt of rotting mouse corpse.
