Frequently, I visit Kinnori Parlour for my hair spa,pedicure,Head oil massage.Every time they provide extremely well service,the behaviour of the owner along with her staffs are very coordial.Very much satisfied.

Worst experience... Waste of time & money. Staff is polite but the service is too cheap. If you want to go for Facials you can take a chance but please don't go for hair styling services, you will regret...

I received a hair straightening service from Kinnori Ladies Beauty Parlor in September. While the result was good, the staff and management were extremely unprofessional. They made commitments to customers but failed to provide proper service due to a shortage of staff. Additionally, the staff were unskilled; they didn't even know how to wash hair properly. The owner was polite during the first meeting (when the straightening was done and the payment was made). However, when it came time for the third-day wash, I called her to ask when I should come, as I needed to plan around my office schedule. She had initially told me to visit around 12 p.m. on the third day, but when I called, she said they were too busy. I insisted, as I couldn't delay my daily routine, but she abruptly cut the call and even blocked my number. Despite this, I went to the parlor after 3 hours, and someone eventually washed my hair (though I don't know what shampoo they used). However, the haircut that was included in the offer was not provided. I understand if they had a larger number of customers and couldn't provide service on time, but they should at least communicate respectfully. Blocking a customer's number is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Such a good experience. You feel very comfortable in there .
