Went for a hairsmoothening I A month back....all done well by a Mrs Pooja bu by the time I went for my 1st wash a day later I cud feel a few of my hair very rough which should not be d case.Told d woman d hairdresser (if she can be called that) about it.....but she in her stubbornness said I am imagining it....all is great.....20 days down d line all those tough hairs have broken with only 0.5inch hair remain from d roots.......When I went again today they refused to acknowledge their mistake....I called up Mr Anil thakur d owner nd he as a true business man told me all abt hair damage due to smoothening and we should not put chemicals in our hair....hillarious ...from a man who earns hid living selling chemicals.....nd at the end he said let ur hair grow back we will make sure smoothening is done properly this time.....Do you think I will ever let these butchers touch my hair again....
