MELANGE, (A Family Beauty Salon)

The service and feedback I received was great and almost near my choice of look. I am highly satisfied since it is my 2nd visit now. Would love to come back again, even if the prices are a bit high. But that is probably because they use quality products.

I am very disappointed with Melange. I have been there customer for so many years but there services this time has frustrated me completely. They have a set of customers they love and cherish and unfortunately I don't belong to that group. My hair is like a test object to them. They send their newest trainee to cut my hair and most of the times i get disappointed. This time i am shocked with the results!!! After cutting they will blow dry it to cover up there mistakes. I wanted to keep my hair open and they have cut it so horribly that now i have to tie up as soon as my hair dries up!!!! Horrible haircut I received yesterday!!!!! Waiting for my hair to grow so that i can get past this ordeal.

Their services are always very good... staff are well mannered... it always feels like home. I have been visiting them for more than 10 years now

I am a loyal customer of Melange. Now its more than 6yrs I am availing their services and I am super happy. I have no complaints and they have no hanky pankies. They know their customers, they know what we are looking for. They prefer to build long term customers than one time business. Staffs are very friendly and they always suggest what will go great with every individual. I would highly recommend to everyone that they must try once if they are looking for quality services not the negotiable cheap services.

Went for a haircut and the hairdresser gave me a haircut entirely different from what I had shown in my own picture - this shouldn't be tough to follow considering I had come with a lot of hair. What's worse is that he cut my sidelocks unevenly - one of them so short that I cannot do anything about it. Unfortunately, I will have to sit through this weird hair cut for two weeks until my hair grows back. Not going to take a chance with this place again and hope this review helps others make the right choice.

Told them to do a middle part keep the length medium, the barber instead did as he liked. He made my hair extremely short, did a side part and overall made it look extremely ugly. Would suggest no one ever goes to this salon worst experience. Will never come here again.

I am very much particular about my hair cut, which does not falls under any fashion statement or something.... But still, my hair.... Try to keep it simple and savvy... Was recommended by an existing customer who himself is know personality of Kolkata.... Made an appointment in the morning and gave a buffer time of around more than 6 hours still when reached was assisted by some new hair dresser.... The main guy did not even thought of coming once to see weather the process is going on a right path or not... Anyhow, very poor cutting.... Very very poor...

I am a regular. The staff is very efficient. It is a unisex salon but I haven't felt uncomfortable. The pedicure is very good..done with utmost care. I do my haircut from there regularly.
