I went there for a ear piercing and the earing she gave was of iron and my ears are fully infected due to the bad earing, bleeding non stop , they should at least use something which doesn't infect , if you can give charge more and than give but this is not a got service.

So it was my cousin's wedding n i got my party make up done from them, it was truly a wonderful experience for me. I was so confused to decide on a good makeup artist nearby as i dont stay in serampore i am from Delhi n i visit once a year only, n finally had words with Lovely Sima (the owner) of the salon, i saw some pics of her work n i confirmed my booking for the same . She dolled me up beautifully just the way i wanted n my hairdo was done by her team n all of them made sure i get the look that i desired... Looking for a fantastic makeup for your special occassions... this is the place u can trust on. Highly recomended !!

I'm not satisfied with their service. So I'm not going to suggest any1 to go to this salon. I told them to long bob cut my hair.. they told me that long bob cut not suited on wavy hair (I think they didn't know that bob hair not only suit on just straight hair!). Then I told to cut my hair bottom just plain straight cut. But they cut my hair in a such way that I had to cut my hair from another salon to just adjust my hair bottom!! Because they cut my hair roughly and it was not round cut or straight cut or any other! And their behaviour was not friendly to me. They didn't give importance that what I said.. so I'm not giving advice to anyone to go this salon. Because ull be disappointed !!

I won't recommend this parlour. It's okay not to have everything in stock but they pluck my brow too badly that both of the brows are looking different. After saying they constantly explaining and argumenting with me to cover her wrong service. Bad service Bad behaviour Not updated

Sima Di and all her team members are too good.. They are the best in their work.. I personally love Chandana Di's work very much.. All are good..

Middle class can afford it and get good service like expensive salons
