i went to this parlour once, then I developed dandruff on my head, then after 3 months I again had to get a haircut but this time I chose a different parlour, and in the mean time I had to get dandruff treatment to remove dandruff, then again after 3 months I went to this parlour and again I have developed dandruff, they don't clean their stuff properly, and this is the 2nd time I have developed dandruff on my head. I would not recommend this parlour.

Botox treatment. Last week I went to this parlour for Botox treatment. The hair stylist was very unprofessional. They just damaged my hair more with heat , using hair dryer, straightener. My hair has become more dry and frizzy. It's really disappointing because we spend so much money for such treatment and end result not worth. I had even approached the manager to rectify the matter but they didn't listen. I won't not recommend anyone to this parlour as they are not good at their work. Very unprofessional and no basic knowledge about the product they use for the customer.

Not a precessional saloon . Bad behaviour from their frustrated staff

The parlour looks elegant, services such as hair cutting, facial are awesome, owner and staff members cares a lot for the customer who are coming in . 100% satisfaction and relaxation from start of the service till end of the service.

Very bad behavior and so high price. They are not trained properly don't follow the customer's requirement very very very bad service and not cleaned area they do by their own attitude never listen the customer what tell them. Never vidit their again..

Rakesh's work is excellent. He did my haircutting with high level of patience and time. I have experimented at several parlours. But this one was just beyond the praise. I will recommend everyone at madhyamgram barasat region to go there for haircutting.

This is an unisex parlour having 2 branches in Madhyamgram. The barber did his job with much care. It was all over a satisfying service from them.
