A pathetic place to get any beauty services done ... My personal awful experience with the beautician and the owner of petal.. At first I had a assumed the owner to be a very nice and professionally ethical person... But actually with time I realised how awful can someone be .. thanks for opening up my eye with your such horrible services.... They can't even do a simple eyebrow properly... I feel something wrong with the owner coz the beautician even don't stay for long term... Keeps shuffling very quickly

I love the energy of this place! The owner, Anindita aunty is amazing, she knows her craft, she is warm and welcoming and meets yours needs with extreme care! The staff is friendly and experts at what they do! I recommend!

Being from abroad, I was a bit anxious about finding a reliable place, but Petals Family Salon exceeded my expectations. The equipment used was sterilized and the procedure was done with utmost care. I appreciated the attention to hygiene and safety standards. The piercer was patient, gentle, and made sure I was at ease throughout the entire process.

Petals is a decent, well maintained gender neutral place to have a quick grooming session, being run by a Bengali lady entrepreneur. I have always patronised it when in my hometown Kolkata. 15th August 2024 Independence day visit, I had a good experience with hair stylist Mr Abhijit when I went for a hair cut & a facial session.

Very professional service .. with an eye to details. I was suggested the exact type of facial after they checked my face and skin type. Facial was extremely good .. I have been a frequent visitor . Also they suggest skin care for regular use which has benefitted my skin a lot. Have used multiple other services like waxing , pedicure , haircut .. have come back happy and satisfied every time .

I've called this Petals Salon to know the price of facial. The lady at reception was very rude. She even said "from which parlour are you calling from" and disconnected the call. I called back and politely asked her the price and clarified that I've just called the parlour to ask about the prices. She was unnecessarily very rude and told me she won't entertain any enquiry. Very unprofessional and extremely rude.
