Roopsa Ladies Beauty Parlour

I wish I could give 0 stars. Yes a big "zero" is what they're deserved to be called. It's my first time writing a bad review so I am taking my sweet time doing that. It was my first visit here. And I am not going back there again even if someone holds me on gunpoint . "I know it all" kinda staff members.The prices are ridiculously high for a small parlor but we still agreed to style our hair here because it was a sudden occasion. I specifically told them for a simple hair style and they made my hair look like a wet broom. And they burned my scalp trying to straighten it without any heat protectant(Fun fact: I never asked them to straighten my already straight hair). I was already late for the occasion as they took hours doing these unnecessary things I didn't ask for but adding the cherry on top the person doing my hair started chatting with the new customer coming in about the price and services making me sit for so long but there were so many other staffs who could easily do that. So in short my hair fell out, my day got ruined. Oh even the saree I wore from them started to loose and look tacky before I even reached home from the parlor.
