Shyamasri Chakraborty did a very good service for me and my mother In law. Very friendly very Frank. Loved the service a lot. Will recommend all my friends.

Worst and most unprofessional service firstly no one assigned me any beautician till it was too late and when asked about services couldn't help me at all.. neither have they behaved well when i asked to give me an idea of their makeup and hairstyle then they couldn't give me any reference or photos. Also when i showed them what i wanted then no reply till 11 in the night and that too all she said was braiding the hair was too advance so payment needs to be more.. kindly tell me what does basic hairstyle include? No one should use this service especially if the function is important to you. Urban clap and other sites are much much better To further clarify- I have nothing to comment on the quality of the service during hair styling or make up as I have not utilised the services. There was lack of timely response inspite of repeated calls and When eventually they responded that the package didn't include the look i wanted as it was an advanced hairstyle at 11:20 pm at night, it was too late to seek an alternate. A timely response would have prevented the same. I was forced to cancel. This is why since i had a bad experience i wished to share this.

The service was great. It was done by the professionalist Shyamasri Chakraborti, she was polite and done a awesome job. Highly recommend this to everyone.
