Very very very disappointing experience at Satin Rose Park Street branch. Yesterday 10.4.25 I visited the salon. I had short hair, wanted a proper shape, the dresser Raju tried but the cut simply did not suit me. Mere applying skills doesn't help, once should visualise how a client will look if a particular haircut is done. Vision is very important which was grossly lacking. Would never ever recommend any client to step if you have short hair. My entire money has gone waste. Terribly disappointed. Would never go there again.

I got my hair cut and colored by Shahina. She did a great cut and did a great color and style. She is very good and well experienced at her job.

I usually do not write negative reviews but I would like to this time. I went for a haircut with Jolly Chandra and was unhappy with the haircut. She did a pretty plain layer cut on my hair which I could have easily done at some random Habib's salon and I was charged Rs 2950 for such a basic plain layer cut.... With the amount of money she charged I was expecting some unique and incredible haircut that would stand out instead of a plain layercut. Secondly, both the salon workers as well as Jolly Chandra herself pushed me so much to get hair colored which I was extremely reluctant to do. They wanted me to churn out thousands of bucks from me, by coloring my hair given I have long, thick hair.... And when I somewhat convinced to color just two strands of my hair that amounted to Rs 2000, Jolly Chandra intentionally performed a plain basic haircut for me... So, to summarize, I spent around Rs 5000 just to get a plain basic layer cut with two strands of colored hair.... I felt totally scammed by my experience at Satin Rose Salon run by Jolly Chandra.... A special mention: The women who work at her salon are trained to scam customers too by talking and pushing the customers to buy their shabby beauty products. So I would recommend future customers who plan to give Jolly Chandra a visit, being inspired by her reels, to think twice before splurging money on her.

Finally found THE place to get a haircut in Kolkata! Absolutely stunned by the work done by Jolly Chanda! And she is such a sweetheart, she did my hair without an appointment! And a big shoutout to all the staff at Satin Rose! Such well behaved, decent group of people! Had a fabulous experience! Worth every single penny!

Jolly di is the best hairstylist I have ever come across. She is super skilful and dedicated towards her clients...Besides, as a bridal make up artist, I doubt if there is anyone who would match her subtle yet elegant senses. On top of that, her warm and cordial behaviour is like an icing on the cake....The products used and available in the store are of top quality. The staff are equally capable, very welcoming and highly trained....I owe all my make overs and looks to Jolly di and Satin Rose.....Satin rose has my whole heart

Alarm for new customers. Please be aware they are scammers. They will convince you for their other services and once u get ready they will charge you Way more than of the original amount. All stylists are trained scammer don't trust them.

Jolly Chanda has magic in her scissors. Amazing haircut every time. Deep did an amazing color and highlights to my hair. The mani-pedi was amazing, too. Everyone is friendly and the services are excellent! I'll be back soon!!
