Silent Tropicana

This is an impromptu review made in gratitude to the great dedication and attention to the detail provided to the job by the respective artists. This is my second visit to the place and both the times the spontaneous attentiveness and cleanliness added in me a bit of positive vibes, as bonus!

Worst disastrous hair straightening done here. It takes years to grow hair ,this parlour damaged almost burnt finished my hair. On complaining twice they did not accept their fault instead started blaming my decision to get my hair straightening. They did not bother to offer a resolution which is their duty to solve or repair or give the money back. I asked from city's other renowned parlours every one said the straightening was not done not methodically it has spoilt my hair completely. I can't even comb thru my hair. My advice is not to go to this parlour firstly for there service secondly for not excepting their fault and thirdly not helping their customer to come out of the mess given by them

Today I was looking for beauty parlours since my wife wanted to get her hair smoothening and facial. I luckily found "Silent Tropicana". To start with I called their listed number and I was greeted by a very helpful gentlemen (he turned out to be the owner) he was patient enough to answer all my queries and also informed me about all the charges with no hidden cost. Soon I was comfortable and booked an appointment. We reached the parlour on time and we were welcomed by the owner himself. He and his wonderful staff made us feel very comfortable and started explaining their procedures and processess which they would do. Coming to the actual service , their hair grooming and hair smoothening services are excellent. The professionals knows their job very well. The results of the hair smoothening was 5-star. I realised that they were not rushing on getting things done rather they were more intrested in getting the work done in a quality manner. Polash and his other staff are above excellent. Believe me just give these true professionals are try and I can gurantee they wont dissapoint. Coming to the facial, my-o-my they just worked their magic on my wifes face. They offered us packaged drinks, tea , coffee all throughout. I will definetly recommend these professional highly to anybody from my family to friends.

Hair smoothening was done very well. I'm very satisfied with the work. And the staff behavior was also good.

It was a horrible experience. I do not recommend this place to anybody. I saw a nearby offer and went to try it on. I went for a hair spa which was priced at 490 in nearby app but before starting the spa they told me that it will cost me 1000. I agreed anyhow expecting the service to be good. But the service was horrible, the spa was done in 15 mins and when I asked about the steam, they said its not inclusive, there was also no proper massage and it was nothing but an advanced hair wash, paying 490 for that was also too much. My sister in law went for hair smoothening and they took 9 hours to complete the whole process. Also after putting my hair mask they made me face an AC, so we both suffered from cold and cough after that. I do not recommend this place to anybody. My regular saloon is so much better than this.

Worst experience ever. They don't have any place for manicure and pedicure. Everything is done from A to Z in a small area. My entire time was a waste and I felt way too uncomfortable and irritated with the entire atmosphere. Also, only two staffs were present out of which one was only assisting the other. Overall, horrible salon for anyone to go....
