I got my hair, makeup and saree done for my brother's wedding and I was super happy with the results. Everything was flawless and I loved my final look. I got a lot of compliments at the wedding. The staff are very good and know their work well. Would 100% recommend the salon.

I got my hair colored for the first time, and it turned out great, thanks to Hussain for his suggestions. Everyone loved the new look. The facial experience was also smooth and seamless. The staff handles their customers with care, and that's something worth appreciating.

Last sunday, I visited their southern avenue branch. I did hair colouring, hair spa. And my experience was too good. Worth every penny I spent. Not gonna exaggerate. Each and every one I met there was so helpful and welcoming. 10/10 for their hospitality. When it comes to service, they have made sure that all my requirements are being fulfilled. And yes I got the exact result, I'd rather say better than what I expected. Looking forward to visiting again.

I got the service from Vishal in stepup salon in Kalighat so he was nice doing his best job and he was also very perfectionist and has knowledge about his work and they have suggested to me that which treatment would be suitable for my hair so that I was also very informative and I would be more careful about my daily life and and behaviour of the other staff also very kind. I have spent 5 to 6 hours for the hair treatment which is a silk treatment and they have given me the best and I was very satisfied. So I would like to recommend others to visit their salon which is located near Charu Chandra College.

Yesterday I went to step up southern avenue for nanoplastia and colour services.. Hussain was my hair stylist and he did a commendable job..I was very much nurvous and skeptical for colouring as it was my first time colouring service and he assured me and voila!! Result is here..I just can't stop myself from touching my hair as it's so so soft and vibrant..thank you so much..

Very unsatisfied with the haircut, the haircut looked nothing like the image shown, no input from the hairdresser before he started chopping most of my hair off. Highly unprofessional.
