All the members at the salon are absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly cooperative, patient, and attentive. The overall ambiance, behavior, and quality of work are exceptional in every way. I had such a great experience and would highly recommend their services!

If you want any more proof of how customers are treated here please read the owners comments below. The staff convinced folks to get a hair wash without mentioning anything about any additional charges even when the customers were clear they did not want it and then due to miscommunication between the owner and the staff the owner then goes on to blame the customers instead of acknowledging any faults from their end straight up insulting the customers families. This is not how customers are to be treated anywhere.

I called studio 11 for query. Simply asked the lady about membership which she clarified. Thereafter when I enquired for nail extension she said I cannot resolve your query or we do not provide services without appointment in a very rude manner. Thereafter I told her, I am just asking you to resolve my query ... I m asking about the price ranges.. but the rude and I'll mannered lady disconnected the call stating don't scream. So hey madam understand you do not provide service without appointment but you have provided contact no. On Google to resolve the query if any. You cannot just hang up. Be a good listener .... You were not even listening and was on speaking mode... I have the call recording the way you were talking ohk don't deny the fact. You cannot expect people or customer t talk to you politely when you cannot respond or respond in a rude and I'll mannered way. Bdw i am a vip member of studio 11 that's y i called for query. First you need to have basic communication skill. You cannot just hang up. As per consumer act, we have right to information from service provider pre or post service. Which you cannot provide. Well I HV the evidence they you had conversation with me on the . I can't post the recording here. I was going through other reviews and no doubt the other customer claimed the same about the behaviour of owner. I HV attached the screenshots.

I did hair trimming, color and pedicure here. All the services are of very high quality. They use high quality products for all the services. The staff is very helpful and cordial. I would recommend this place to all.
