Not recommended at all... they promote 2999 hair straightening/smoothening any length.. but when u reach their they force u to take anti breakage treatment worth 1500 along with smoothening/straightening even if u say no u don't want it... so all total u r spending 4500 in d place of 2999.. even after spending 4500 my straightened hair looks horrible like their is no treatment done only... full frizzy and unstraightend hair.. total loss of money.. don't go its a trap

Staying in kasba for over 14 years now. Finally spotted a good hair treatment saloon near my house. Their service and behaviour is extremely good. I had recently done my classic highlights from there and also my mom has done global colour. The care and safety measures they take is of high values. Thanks for ur service. Would surely visit soon. Last service was pathetic with hair smoothning. Quality degraded over the years

So i went to this salon for my hair straightning, after taking the appointment. Firstly the owner Mr. Sunil is very respectful toward his clients but i want to specially name one of the service giver name Mr. Azhar very annoying , full of attitude . He denied starting on with my service . But then Mr. Sunny started it on and gave me a good finishing of my service . Mr. Azhar should learn how to behave with his clients and give some respect atlst after although he is getting paid but not to forget by our service paid amount only he is getting his salary .

They ask for 3000 any length for smothning/stragthening but they ask for extra 1500 rupees (3000+1500) for smart bond.let me tell you one thing smart bond is nothing but applying neutrilizer (2nd step of smoothning/straightening) to whole length of your hair.if you paid 4500 then only they apply neutrilizer to full length of hair otherwise they apply only half length of hair in a cost of 3000. As a result lower part of your hair got burn in a cost of 3000. So,prepare yourself for 4500 or more for proper smoothing or straightening.

So embarrassing to post this though. But that's my feet after spending 600 for pedicure and 800 for gel polish in my feet just a day back. Want to highlight couple of points here. 1-3- This is my first ever experience of such a disaster with pedicure and gel nails i swear! Sharing a picture and it should speak on its own. I ensure I paid the full amount. But it feels bad to see how people only care about money! Absolute waste of 1400 rupees. Pedicure is more about cuticles and nails rather than massage legs. Very disappointed with this service. I was so upset because of the way the gel polish was done but the lady was more focused on the fact that pedicure is done by someone else not her so she shouldn't be blamed and that she is 4 years in this business. I surely doubt if this is how a gel polish looks like. I stopped her to put the final coat on rest of the left feet nails as anyway i have to get it done again. This is worse than a normal nail paint. She said my right foot nail is broken and hence it's not even! Like seriously? Are you kidding me? This isn't the first time i got GEL nails done on the same nails! Being from service industry at least I expected that she would ask me not to pay full amount out of courtesy but i assume she only cared about money. 2- I loved the hair spa. And have got bo complains at all. Thanks to MADHU. 3. was charged 1500 for facial and I remember taking basic O3+ facial which costed only 900 but my bill says a different amount. Because I remember the lady promoting a detan facial which was 1500 but i denied as i wanted a basic facial. No doubt the facial was good but you guys should not fool your customer by charging them a different amount.

Nails chipping only after a week of the service. Quality of the nail paint is not good as it got also ruined after a few days. I don't know how to fix it now.

I got a pedicure. They used Bombini ice cream pedicure set. But the price was a bit high at 1500. The service was really good, Tanu did my pedicure, she was very friendly. But they use cheap nail paint, local brand nail paints even though I got a premium pedicure done. Giving one less star for this. The interior is also good, neat and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
