I had a highly disappointing experience at Blues Salon (Kasba). I had given clear instructions for my haircut, but they were completely ignored. Instead of following what I requested, the stylist did whatever they wanted, leaving me with a look I did not ask for. The service was extremely unprofessional, and there was no effort to ensure customer satisfaction. It felt rushed and careless, as if my preferences didn't matter at all. For a salon that claims to provide quality service, this was a huge letdown. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a haircut done properly. Very bad service and a total waste of money.

Very bad experience overall. The guy who was cutting my hair behaving like I was going into a saloon for the first time and each and every time he was reminding me the cost of everything just like I'm having no money to pay. Totally judging mentality and zero professionalism. Did not cut my hair properly and it seemed he was in a hurry to shut the salon. Never recommend the salon to anyone. If google allow I could've put zero stars to it. Don't know the owner have any clue about it or not.

I have been visiting this salon for many years now and the experience has always been good and consistent. Special callout for the excellent work of Amit who has always managed to provide an excellent haircut and keeps up with current trends.

Finest Hair care parlour saloon, taken care of by Mrs Mithu, who deals with clients with proper behaviour! Loved the hairdressers!

I don't like the service. Simply I paid 600 rs even she don't know the proper procedure of pedicure it was too painful and she suggest me don't apply nail polish I don't know why so overall very very bad experience
