I have gone to many salons in Kolkata.. But I have not experienced what I did in this salon.. Riya and kuhu were too helpful and I had an amazing relaxing time. Thank you.

Staffs are very cooperative and welcoming, provide clean and hygienic environment, skilled and well trained for hair cuts. You can afford their services in a very reasonable costs. Special cheers to Ms. Riya.

The haircut service is good and the products usage. But they don't have a price list or catalogue. I asked them if the place is newly opened but it's old almost 4 years+. The receptionist is clueless and having no price list creates confusion e.g they suggested facials which starts from 1000, I refused then she said you can take clean up for 700rs. But while billing I see they charged me 1500rs for using O3+ products which they should have clarified. Unlike other salons, they first do hair spa seeing your hair length and charge you. Then they do hair cut which is absolutely absurd especially when you are having a hair shampoo wash before the spa. And lastly they say heat is bad for hair hence no steaming in hair spa service, yet they push you to take keratin or botox services which uses iron and extreme heat. And they charge 700rs for hot oil massage 15 minutes which is beyond any branded salon. Overall the experience is mixed hence I would only visit for a haircut. And facial massage facility.
