I and my father both got a haircut from Bapi, and beautifully he has managed my father hair. Nice cut he did.This is a good salon located just beside S Dutta jwellery Belghoria bridge. They treat every person with care. Courteous staff. And good quality shampoo and conditioner. Home service like UC with a little charge. Tell me verbal they all the time sanitize the equipment.

I went with the intention of getting nail extensions but due to the service being temporarily unavailable I asked for hair treatment instead. I got hair botox and a hair cut done by Montu. They informed me about the pricing upfront and didn't push me to buy their products which I really appreciate. I'm very pleased with the service. Will visit again. Updated review: I got my nails done for my birthday at Toni & Guy, Belgharia. Having had excellent hair services from them earlier, I trusted their quality and asked if they offered nail services. They confirmed, so I booked an appointment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite arriving before my appointment time, I had to wait for a long time. Initially, I assumed the nail technician was busy, but I later realized they didn't have a proper nail tech on staff. The assigned person had already received complaints from the customer before me so the owner arranged for another technician to do my nails. Their nail services were clearly under-resourced. The collection of nail colors was very limited, and some of their equipment wasn't working properly. After some compromise, the technician and I settled on an option from the available choices. Despite the challenges, the technician did his best with what he had, and I genuinely liked the outcome. However, the quality of the work was disappointing. Within less than a week, the gel polish completely chipped off from three of my nails. From my previous experiences, gel polish typically lasts at least a month for me, even with regular activities. This confirmed that the quality of the products and service was subpar. Considering the price I paid, it was not worth it. I cannot recommend their nail services. While they may accept your booking, the lack of proper resources and expertise will likely leave you dissatisfied.

I had a nanoplastia treatment done there, and they used authentic nanoplastia products. They recommended the best treatment based on my hair condition. The hairdresser was amazing and spent nine hours on the treatment. The atmosphere felt really homey, and everyone was super friendly. I absolutely love this place! Will visit again

I recently visited Toni & Guy for a keratin treatment, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff (Fardeen) were welcoming and professional. The stylist (Fardeen)took time to assess my hair type and thoroughly explained the process, which made me feel confident and well-cared for. The treatment itself was done with great attention to detail, and the results were amazing--my hair is now smooth, frizz-free, and noticeably healthier. What I appreciated most was how they tailored the treatment to suit my hair's needs and gave me aftercare tips to maintain the results. The salon was clean, stylish, and well-organized, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my appointment. I would highly recommend Toni & Guy to anyone considering a keratin treatment or any hair service. Definitely worth it!

Highly recommended... I'm fully satisfied with my haircut which is done by bapi biswas. I was bored with layer cut, so he suggested me butterfly cut with curtain bangs in front... Which turned out really good. And thanks to bapi biswas for the lovely haircut.

Very bad haircut , its uneven . service was done in a hurry. Very dissatisfied with the service. Small salons deliver way better service. Look miss you are even without being apologetic for a bad service done putting the blame on customer shows how unprofessional you are . I went for hair color but the stylist suggested me keratin treatment on which i said i need my hair trimmed which you all agreed. BUT THE HAIRSTYLIST DIDN'T CUT MY HAIR FOR 30 -40 Mins , instead the lady at the reception with the help of another lady staff chopped my hair for a big length because they are not hairdressers they chopped it badly unevenly done and a good amount of length. And when i questioned that they argued you agreed for this much length. I don't understand trimming when does dis call for a length cut? And on the wash day the it took me 2 hours for a wash , because they could-not accommodate me with just one hairdresser and the salon manager left after closing without even asking am i satisfied with their services or not? Note : i'm not writing this review to get any free service from the salon , it was my experience which is very disgusting for a brand like this.Neither will i visit this place ever again. And i would request the management of tony and guy to check the cctv footage if actually the hairdresser had cut my hair or two ladies.

I had a great experience at this salon. The space was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and professional. I'm especially happy with my haircut, stylist Bapi Biswas did an excellent job, taking the time to understand what I wanted and making sure everything was just right. I left feeling really satisfied with the result. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality and care.
