Inexperienced staff. Didn't know how to cut hair. The people are nice, and the owner / manager stepped in when I complained about the haircut, but it was already too late and my hair was ruined. Even then, he kept asking me if he should cut this, cut that, as if I was the hair dresser. I had pictures of my previous haircut open the entire time, asking them to just replicate it, but I guess it's not possible when you don't really know how to cut hair. Hair spa was good, but still doesn't make up for a really bad haircut.

Had a disgusting experience due to poor service. No proper hair stylist. Avoid This branch if you really don't want to feel shame after grooming.

Best among the rest. Outstanding service with good quality products; absolute value for money. Beauticians who attended us with utmost patience and dedication need a special mention. Especially the one who did my facial and eyebrows and the one who did my hair spa and manicure. It's a one-stop solution for all skin and hair-related issues. My husband, who usually talks less, is full of praises for the salon and all the professionals who attended him. Thank you so much, Mr. Jamal, for your valuable advice and guidance. Got great consultation before the Hair Spa and Facial. Once they started, the experience was great. One of the best facials I've had. Highly recommend this place. Nushrat was incredible with the facial and the hairspa.

Expensive as hell. Charging 2000 INR for honey wax (full hands, full legs, underarms) in my knowledge is rubbish.

I visited Trendz salon,this salon is just amazing as my hair was completely damaged badly coloured I was just so upset but after reaching here they suggested me keratin treatment n hair colour too , n they just proofed that I can trust them blindly now..!! Everyone one is just so Co-operative..!!! Go for it guys..!!!
