Availed services for the first time and it was a situation where I walked in to actually fix an existing haircut which was completely messed up by another salon. Couple of things. The haircut, even considering the scenario, was just about average, accounting for the price point. The hairstyle outcomes I have been receiving over the years from salons like Geetanjali studio, Toni and Guy among other brilliant salons even in South Kolkata, made me realise the massive difference when it comes to skills of a hair dresser. There are many out there whom I can vouch for are just so much better than the individual who did my haircut in this salon. Second point being, with this skill set, they apparently claim the stylist to be an advanced stylist, which is a shame honestly. I say this with conviction because even at this price or even lesser, I have had hairdressers who are way-yyyyyy ahead. Add to that, the owner couldn't even share an invoice after payment and told me it will be shared later. That's so unprofessional. Summary being, it's just another very ordinary salon and that's completely fine. But when you charge a premium, you ought to be aware of how a premium priced salon is in reality and the kind of knowledgeable folks who are in action there to make a salon what it's known for. Can't blame enough when the owner himself seems pretty ignorant.

It was a nice experience.the hair expert saheb did an awesome job.After observing my hair he suggested me the hair cut and colour which will be best on me....And the final result was fabulous.And the service of staff is just marvellous.They are very professional and I m highly recommend this parlour.

Wonderful experience with the entire staff - Saheb, Anima & Soma. They were very professional and time-conscious. My makeup look was elegant and gorgeous at the same time. The only problem I had was in communication about the total price and about a dandruff treatment rest, 100% recommend. They are a new business in Rajarhat, I would definitely say try it out once!

Very courteous staff. Welcomed with a bottle of water. The stylist asked for my desired hairstyle and understood my hair type and scalp conditions before proceeding. The ambience is very relaxing and ample time was given for my hair treatment. They did not try to upsell any product unlike what I've experienced in most other salons in Kolkata.
