It was a good experience. Highlighting the good features, they offer offers which makes it feasible for almost everyone to avail services. The decor is good. The staff is polite and very helpful. Now, all these are good but there is a little bit lack of experienced staff for service delivery and hospitality services like basic infrastructure, I.e, good hygienic washroom facility, bottled drinking water, etc. But again, this is a new branch so I am expecting them to improve in these areas in near future since they didn't start with these.

went their for basic hair spa but was lucky enough to avail an offer were i got keratin hair span, face dtan and anti haitfall treatment @ 1500 they also have yearly subscription where u get free service. Hair treatment and Span was done by Sohail.

I have done Loreal hair spa by Ayesha . She is very careless. She's not maintaining faith with customer ,why I m saying this because today 1.4.25 I have done spa ... She done all that steps ..but she didn't give vapor/steam .I know that spa incomplete without steam ..But Ayesha didn't provide me ... And hair didn't wash properly and afterwash she tell me it's done ..I told her that don't u apply hair serum .? Then she applied..My point is why I have to tell her..its her responsibility to provide good service..its my first time took service from "WAVELENGTH " and its very bad experience. And most important think Loreal hair spa package 999/- Loreal hair spa+shampoo+Blowdry+head massage +neck massage +face detan....neck massage and face detan missed...really what a great service...good continue ur business....pls guys don't trust this people..and be awake and don't trust them.

I had a very bad experience with this salon! I called them in the morning to book an appointment for highlights and pedicure, the woman confirmed my booking at 5-6pm! I arrived exactly at 5pm, and when I entered I told them that I've already pre-booked for these 2 services, they agreed! They continued to do the hair highlights but didn't say anything about pedicure! After a few hours when my hair was done, I asked them about when they will get my pedicure done as it was already 7pm! They said that the pedicure can't be done because it was too late! I told them that i had pre-booked it over phone in the morning, they said that it is not possible as the person responsible wasn't available! I expected a little bit of professionalism from their side but it looks like they don't know anything about it! I would've given them only 1 star but giving 2 stars because of Rahul, who understood my frustration and did a good job with my hair! Otherwise wouldn't recommend this salon at all!
