Poor skill. Zero professionalism. Rude behavior.

I had a great experience here. I got full body waxing, hair cutting, hair styling and manicure-pedicure done. Staff is really sweet. Especially Suparna di and Bidisha di, who got my mani- pedi, hair styling and waxing done. They are so skillful, professional and so sweet. My hair cut was done by dada(the main man in the saloon, I am assuming the owner) and he is also very skillful and professional. It is definitely the best experience I had in Krishnagar. The price point is definitely on the higher end(for Krishnagar) but you pay for the service you get. Would recommend and would definitely visit again.

They are awesome. Shantu the hairstylist is great. The other members like Suparna and Mandira are also fantastic in their work. Overall I give 8 out of 10. 8 because we all are constantly improving and there is lot of scope for improvement in everyone's life. I wish them all the he best in their work

It might be the best saloon for krishnanagarvasi. But if you are from kolkata, make sure that you are going to face very unprofessional behaviour from the employees. They are very reluctant and unaware about their own services. Some female employees were behaving like a dumb, when they were asked about their own policies offers and services. But you have to pay charges as high as a reputed organisation from kolkata although when you are getting <50% of professional and satisfying service of an ordinary salon. Lastly they are barbers not the professional hair stylists and really act like an ordinary " italian" berbers. Waste of time and money.

They just don't care about your time. Apparently I have to wait for atleast an hour or half even after making an appointment and it happens everytime I go there. Really frustrating as I only go there for haircut!!

Very bad staff...poor behaviour....no experience....nxt time I can't go.... all' staff is very bad special facial women...

You have all day, then only you can go. Zero professionalism. Even if you taken prior appointment it will take 2 hours for your turn to come. And this does not mean that they are very good at work, they are just running by their name...

Absolutely loved the place, I would suggest everyone to visit this salon, as you will absolutely be satisfied with their work. Friendly staff, clean vicinity and most of all reasonable price.
