Visited today for the first time. It was recommended by family. I just wanted shampoo and conditioning. It was not crowded hence I received service promptly. The guy doing my hair seems new to the job. He was doing it fine , but unable to name the brand of products he was using. Later when the serum was applied I have noticed it was not any premium or usual parlour product. Considering the charge it was not expected. Towards the end another guy took the charge of finishing the work and soon he started blaming/ shaming the earlier guy in front of me. It was quite disturbing.Whatever may be the reason it should not happen while the customer is present. Overall okeyish service and ambience. Hygiene needs to be taken care of.
