The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The salon was clean, well-organised, and created a calming atmosphere. I got a facial, hand and back polishing and both services were top-notch. I also appreciated that they didn't push unnecessary products. Overall, a fantastic experience - I'll be returning soon!

Worst salon experience! The lady assigned for cutting the hair is quite rude if you ever want to spoil you mood to the extremity then only go there. They will also charge more than prices displayed there Just looting the customers.

I recently visited and was very disappointed with the service. The owner's attitude was particularly unprofessional and rude. When I raised a concern about , the owner was dismissive and failed to address my concerns properly. I expected a much higher level of customer service based on previous reviews, but my experience was far from satisfactory. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer relations.
