Extremely bad experience. They are very much unprofessional. Their hair experts are not better than a dumb. A lady who was assigned to cut my hair was unable to follow instruction. I instructed her a different and the resulted form was another different that she did. Totally unprofessional I repeat . Not have any common sense of styling. They are just follow backdated boring method ! If you have a minimum fashion sence I suggest you skip them being blindfolded.

Service has degraded a lot in last few years. Minimally skilled professionals (or non professional) are working here. They are charging Rs 120 for a haircut which is worth Rs. 30. Thinking of switching to local salon who charge a lot less and provide better service. Edit: Nowadays a trend that is prominent in this salon is that artists are using the electronic trimmer too much to quicken the average cutting time so that they can accommodate more customers. Consequently, hair cutting is becoming poorer day by day. A haircut can only be proper with prolonged use of scissors, not trimmer.

I won't recommend this place because there service isn't good at all. I am a very old customer of this salon, when the salon was new, the service was pretty nice, the staff was also polite. But after all these years, the staff has turned grumpy and seem so, so unwelcoming. Just not worth it anymore. Don't expect a good experience at all. I hope the owner does something about the staff.

Quality of Services are good but Staffs need to improve their customer dealing and must improve their professional attitude. They need to work on their customer service part, satisfaction of customer is more important than completeing the job.

Very professional good haircut, however the use of the same towel for drying hair after shampooing should not be continued... Unhygienic

Behavior of the main woman was too rude. I had damaged hair, she was literally making her weird faces, and hurting my hair by combing it roughly. She is talented but for me Behavior comes first. So gave 2 star.
