Absolutely terrible experience. This is hands down the worst salon I've ever been to. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in providing any kind of service. When I was finally attended to, the stylist didn't even bother to listen to what I wanted. I asked for a simple trim and they butchered my hair--uneven layers, choppy ends, and it looks nothing like what I requested. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and completely ripped off. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs.

A truly awful experience. This is by far the worst salon I've ever visited. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely indifferent to offering any real service. When someone finally got around to helping me, the stylist didn't even take a moment to understand what I wanted. I asked for a simple trim, and they completely messed up my hair--uneven layers, rough edges, and nothing close to what I asked for. I walked out feeling angry, let down, and like I'd wasted both my time and money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Steer clear at all costs.
