I had a very unpleasant experience here. The owner's behaviour was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with rudeness. The owner did not ask why I was there and instead rudely instructed me to sit down without asking any questions. When I tried to discuss the type of service I needed, she abruptly shut me down, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She was not only rude to me but also to the person who accompanied me. We both felt so embarrassed by the situation that we decided to leave the place to avoid worsening our mental health. This is not the kind of customer service one expects from a professional beauty parlour. We do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and respectful experience.

The owner is horrible. I have never seen such a person in my life.Even the behaviour of the other staffs are not satisfactory. I had gone to the parlour for keratin treatment. She charged 6 thousand. But I don't know what product she gave, my keratin faded away in fifteen days. Not only that she promised by to give complimentary haircut .But after squeezing money she denied to give hair cut . When I visited the parlour she started shouting at me like an insane .I think that women is not normal. Never visit the parlour. You will find 5 star ratings , but they are all fake. They pay people to give good ratings. Never ever visit the parlour.

Initially they would say that they use lotus products for 1200 priced facial but in reality they use low budget nature detan and other nascent company scrub, gel and cream for facial... This is not acceptable at all...The staffs are extremely talkative while providing service...and most importantly used bleach without my consent in my neck and chest area.. This kind of attitude is highly unprofessional..

Worst experience.... Behavior of staffs are very bad and unprofessional... Staffs don't have any adequate knowledge...untrained staff...They misbehaved with me again and again...The owner behavior is very rude.... She only supports her staffs... One of the staff did my nose piercing wrong... It starts bleeding... It was very painful..

I have done smoothening there and that was a very pleasure experience. I have literally never went to parlour for anything, this was my first experience and I enjoyed that . Staffs were very friendly as I've spent 3 hours there . They have taken good care of me and my comfort.

The owner is very rude. Moreover, i did ear piercing from there but the staff couldn't even do it properly. My ears started bleeding and they didn't even do anything to stop it

I am a student of kids and hers academy.i had completed my basic and advance professional beautician course from hare.as a teacher mam was awesome her friendly behaviour touching our heart.
