The Kreation hair studio-Galleria -Southwind

I went there to highlight my hair. It was a first time experience for me. The studio is neat and clean. The stylists are all very good at their work. The environment is fun loving too. During my hair highlight, it was Christmas day and the entire team was very enthusiastic also shared some cake and tea while I had to wait for my hair to get dyed. The products used are also good. And the team is excellent at work.

I visited in this place get my face wax and after that my in face below eye got burnt. When I told them that my face got burnt, they did not treat it and did not even apologize. They did not regret it, it was very bad. I felt bad for those people who burnt my face, the service was very bad, still there is mark on my face.

I visited Kreations at Southwinds to get facial done. All staffs were very good and polite. The facial was done be Rani. She is very good at it. The massage was very good. Overall very nice experience. I plan to visit in future to avail other services also. Keep up the good work !!

Today I have taken Lotus professional facial from Rani. I must say the best facial experience it was. Absolutely right pressure at right positions of my face. I fall asleep for around 1 hour with some pleasant song and her service. Will visit again and again. It was my second day of visit to this parlour, behaviour of every associate out their is appreciable. Good morning work keep this up I am taking salon facilities from a longer time now, starting 2021. The besi in this area. Somnath, arshad are best for spa, haircut.

Kreations parlour at Southwinds Galleria Mall is one of its kind. I am a Bangalore resident and came to Kolkata for 2 months. During my stay, i visited Kreations @ Southwinds Galleria Mall and i thoroughly enjoyed the service. I took hair service from Sumon and facial from Rani. I loved it, specially the hair oil massage. Brilliant job by Sumon. I never felt so relaxed before. The massage strokes were just too perfect, I felt all my stress were gone all of a sudden. I became such a fan that I started visiting parlor more often just to take hair service and rejuvenate myself. Another brilliant part is that it is very pocket friendly. So great job to the owner too. I will be missing this service for sometime while I am in Bangalore. Looking forward to come back and get recharged!!!

Somnath has been so friendly and a true professional... has suggested me the correct treatment for my rough hair... Service is awesome... Highly recommended

Had a haircut and Spa here by Suman. He was excellent. Very well behaved and did his job extremely well. Other staffs are also very nice. Hope to visit again.
