Durva Beauty Parlour &Spa

Its a homely environment parlour, and the behaviour of all staffs are tooo too good.... I am her customer since 2022... And I love all of their behaviour and work also.

Rude behaviour. Lack of skill. Used low grade product without asking. Unprofessional. Such a bad experience..

The staffs there , they behaved quite ugly there, they didn't care about customer's comfort , although when I said i will get my hair done by the owner , every one there behave like I did a crime after seeing all this reviews i really went there but got nothing out of it . Well, I am not talking about your behaviour , first thing first when I said i will get it done by you , your staff were irritated, if you have a CCTV camera , you can see there how they were least interested after calling you they didn't even say that they are preparing all of them were to busy , we even asked for the AC, they all started making excuses although , the weather was chilly outside but not inside your parlour , all those people were there it was quite suffocating ... I tried to explain all this , when you first opened your parlour , you were the only person there, I went there and got my hair done , your work is good , but i am talking about the hospitality i got when you weren't there , after getting those treatments I don't think we should have waited there . See yourself in my shoes if you have done I reviewed what i received, they really didn't ask us to seat , it was mother, who sat first that's what it asked , If you think your staff's behaviour is justified then go for it , I said what happened, if I ever go there again ofcourse I will call you again but I can recall everything , it's your staff's duty to make costomer feel comfortable when you are absent, they were unable to do that , Idk what your staff told, you are asking me to call you at that moment that wasn't possible at all , if you have any problem reviews you also could have contacted me .
