I've been visiting this salon for a while now, and unfortunately, I've been disappointed each time. It's like I'm stuck in a loop where every haircut ends with the same frustrating outcome. I often bring in references(pictures) and explain my desired hairstyle, but for some reason, it's as if my words and pictures don't translate into action. Each time, I find myself having to approach the owner after the haircut has already been done, kindly asking him to step in and correct the style because the staff seems to have no knowledge about haircuts On a positive note, the owner remains a beacon of politeness and good behavior. but the team needs to align with his evident professionalism and enthusiasm for customer satisfaction. Moving forward, my suggestion would be focusing on staff training for understanding clients' requests better
