Had a wonderful experience at Glamoroso Family Salon I went for a hair spa and everything from the hair wash to the massage and hair setting was done so perfectly I especially loved the head massage during the spa it truly helped release stress and made me feel so relaxed The haircut services are also really good here Overall, such a satisfying and refreshing experience Will definitely visit next time too

My experience in the parlour was mind blowing. Very homely feeling and every employee really pampered me with their works. Hair cut, treatment and the awesome pedicure and manicure really relaxed my body and mind. Everyone had welcoming smile. Coffee in between was soothing. Thanks to the owner for such well managed parlour. Wishing every success to all there and looking forward for another visit.

My experience wasn't bad but didn't meet my expectations. Hair cut part was k and satisfying. But the constant reminders on how bad my hair condition was and nothing less than a keratin treatment with them would fix it was so annoying. We all know most parlor staff do this but this was too much. The staff are very unprofessional and pulled off questionable expressions over sm conversations. Guess i will never go back here nor will suggest anyone.

It would be great if the owner would reply to the bad reviews too. I went to glamaroso because I've been there before and the staffs were very friendly and nice back then , I walked into the parlor after a year but it was very shocking for me to see that A particular staff was very rude, the hairdresser was in her late 30's or above and pretty slow while working too. I explained it to her the way I want my hair to be cut And she looked very confident about what I wanted. And during the process she was focused more on selling the treatment, which is ok as long as the customer gets what she wants, I could realize that she is cutting the wrong side of my hair which I wanted untouched but anyways.. I stopped her and ............... but.. in the end when I was trying to tell her about the style, she was very rude , sassy and adamant and argumentative about not listening. We are freaking paying to get a haircut and she acted like she was doing it for some cause.. however, I did not want to indulge myself into the further argument because m sure she would have continued and become disrespected therefore I paid and left the parlor. Incidents like these happens in the parlor where customer don't like the haircut or service or could be anything but being rude to them is very unfair, as they are the ones whose hair is messed up..

Very pathetic behaviour. No manner how to welcome customers. After all, my friend had to wait for so much time because all the staffs are busy in whispering and only 2 staffs available for ladies. They busy with the people who talked English n show off. When they start cutting the hair of my friend the woman (barber) used force as my friend could not able to take that and so she told to just finish it as soon as possible. So rubbish behavioir

Finally found the perfect hair salon in Siliguri. The staff are very courteous and professional. And they know how to cut hair which is, believe me, a dying art. I wanted a style which will enable me to grow a man bun in the future and the stylist knew exactly how to go about it. Giving his inputs as to what would look good, he was absolutely brilliant. Now I can finally stop experimenting with salons here and there. Just go to Glamoroso.

Such a worst experience have ever had! worst hair cut with worst attitude with loud argument with customer !! worst customer service !!! No apologies nor any regret from owner was surprising too!! Will never ever can think about visiting this place again.

Best service ...in town ... they are so much experienced ....i am so much satisfied with their haircut ..it completely changed my look ..they know which cut suits in which face type and geta the best for you...
