Had a terrible experience with the salon when I did my nails extensions and waxing for my wedding. My nails were done badly and came off just the day after also I had requested for a rica waxing but seems like they used a cheap wax as I got rashes all over and was left utterly disappointed with the services as I had done my nails for my wedding.It would be best for the salon to hire professionals for your nail art and also check if the product they are using is genuine.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this salon, and I can't believe how unprofessional everything was, especially with Kevin. I went in for a simple hair setting, but it turned into a nightmare. (Kevin Rai) barely acknowledged what I wanted and didn't seem to care about my comfort at all. When I tried to explain what I was hoping for, he gave me an attitude and walked off mid-conversation--just left me sitting there, feeling totally disrespected he seemed more focused on his own frustrations, making me feel like a burden rather than a customer. The wash was rushed and sloppy, and it felt like he couldn't be bothered. The worst part was the complete lack of customer service and courtesy. He was clearly annoyed the whole time, and it honestly made me feel unwelcome. I left with damp hair, no satisfaction at all, and a very bad impression of this place. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't trust KEVIN RAI with anything. Terrible experience from start to finish It's hard to believe a business can operate with such disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else--this place is not worth your time or money.

I just happened to visit this place during my excursion trip to our beautiful north east part of our beautiful country and availed some of their beauty treatments. It was a wonderful and a relaxing experience and I must say, the gentle lady had Midas touch. Thank you and with kind regards!!!! The hairdresser is very polite and is very gentle with hair.When I showed him the reference picture of the haircut , he consulted me on it . The final result of my hair was superb.I suggest everybody to go to this saloon.They are very gentle , polite and gave us the best results.I am very satisfied with my hair.Love this saloon

Yesterday I had gone there for a hair cut. While cutting my hair the comb fell down on the floor near his foot, he picked up the same comb and started cutting with the same dirty comb. When I pointed out that it's dirty and use fresh comb, he refused saying he doesn't have another. They are running such a big saloon and imagine they don't have fresh comb! There was no UV light sanitizer box to sanitize/disinfect equipment. Using same comb for every customer without sanitising. Hence hygiene is ZERO. A BIG ZERO Then the hair dresser started saying I have got grey hair early and it's sign of hard work. Hello! Did I even ask for your opinion?? I know I have grey hair. Why is it bothering you??? I am not going back again. The staff should be taught to stick to their job and not unnecessarily comment.

Worst service I've ever seen...I visit babupara branch for a clean up...that girl had zero idea about massage....she just did nothing Just nothing...she came apply the products and leave...she provide me 10sec massage and I pay 800 rupees ...chii never recommend to anyone

Happy and satisfied. Wanted to get a complete make over and the hair stylist did total justice. Loved the highlights the haircut.Totally recommend it. Good service and very neat and tidy affair.
