I wish there were an option to rate negatively because this experience deserves far less than one star. Despite telling them multiple times, they completely ruined my hair. I went in for curtain bangs, and the stylist, who claimed to be a professional, left me looking like a cartoon character. He didn't even know how to properly style my hair after cutting it. His rough handling of my hair caused me a severe headache, and he had no understanding of technique. He even blamed my silky hair for the mess he made. I strongly advise against visiting this salon--it's hands down the worst salon I've ever been to.

Short guy wearing specs with the funny blonde hair cut my hair assuring me it's gonna look good. The end result was terrible. Cut it too short and uneven. Can't even tie my hair. Most probably he did his own hair too. Not recommended at all. No value for money.

I done my Haircut at Utopia it's done really good haircut I love it and I prefer to my family and Friends to visit this Utopia Salon and gets amazing services. And that lady who did my haircut she's just lovely so frankly speaking she suggested me so well wants to go again for my others services. Thank you Team Utopia

Absolutely frightening experience!! Today I visited the parlour for waxing and the staff from Darjeeling who attended to me burned my armpit.I am suffering from excruciating pain and had to visit a general physician late at night,who told me that it would take almost a month to cure.I generally do not believe in reviews but I am writing 1 today to warn others from visiting this parlour who employ untrained staff who save a few bucks. Please stay away from this dangerous parlour.If there was a provision for negative rating, I would have given one.

I have been this salon recently and i found all staffs nice and friendly. They seem so professional and specially want to Thank Ms. Ruth for her great service i would definitely recommend to my friends to visit . Thank you guys for making look good

The employees have no interest what so ever to keep the customer happy. When asked questions they don't reply properly.The person who was giving me the service was fine but the one sitting at the front desk seriously needs a lesson on customer relationship. She did not give me a bill for the service citing GST reason , also didn't have the card machine working.Unnecessarily overpriced, never going back also stopping family and friends from visiting the place.

I said good bye to my long hair after 7 years. And I was so happy with my new look. Thanks a bunch to dada in the pic who did my haircut.He was so nice..Thanks to all the utopia team.Will visit soon
