I have been going to this parlour from a long time mostly for getting my eyebrows done & they do it perfectly. I was at the parlour yesterday & to my surprise i saw a very unprofessional behaviour of the owner & her staff, while doing my eyebrows the staff asked the owner if she has offered me her digital card I asked the owner repeatedly that what is digital card but instead of answering this she asked me for my phone & told that she will scan the digital card & give it back to me, I gave the phone to the owner without asking me or without my permission she gave my phone to the staff & when I asked her about the phone age said it's on the table & continued doing my eyebrows. It was my fault I shouldn't have given my phone to anyone but out of trust I gave it to her. I later realised it's about review on there page. I told her I will scan the code & do that I also told her that I will just google utsav parlour & do the review but she said no give me the phone once I did that & later when I came back home I found that she has opened my facebook, my instagram & followed her page gave a 5 star rating herself liked her own pictures on both instagram & facebook & once the eyebrows was done she asked me to write a review I did that. After 2-3 hours I found that she has opened my instagram & facebook account without asking & when I called her & questioned her about this she was not even sorry for what happened instead she hmisvsating tum toh mujhe janti hun toh phone de sakti ho or mujhe to utna instagram chalana aata nahi hai & all she didn't even said that I am sorry it's my fault she kept defending her & talked about our relationship which is just a customer & owner relation nothing more than that. I was there for half an hour & she has been doing this with all the customers. What kind of professionalism is this you can't open anyone's phone & do all this without asking or without any information. She could have asked me for this & I would have done on my onn. Everyone's phone is personal we don't even check our family members phone without permission & the owner & staff of utsav parlour dis this & they are not even sorry for this. If someone is not knowing the process one can guide them but can't take customers phone saying ek baar phone dena toh & then opening all the apps & doing there business. I am so surprised to see people doing all these things for Money. Very unprofessional behaviour. I am very very surprised people' doing alk this for fame

May jalpaiguri sa akha bhi eather hi Sara service lati hu, her every service is very good. Yeh lady phone leke khud revie dalyi hai aur she is not professional, she and staff not good. She takees phone to review herself, avoid giving her phone.

I feel very better to vistit utsav parlour and they treat you like family member. I really very like the hair cut.

I have had the best experience here as my makeup hair and saree was done totally by the owner here They have a sweet gesture to all the clients I'm really overwhelmed
