I had a great experience at Waves Siliguri Ashram Para. I have come for a holiday in Siliguri and my mom suggested me to try the service here. The staff is extremely warm n professional. I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your salon. Despite high expectations, my experience was subpar. For the second time, I requested a specific haircut, but the stylist failed to follow my instructions, resulting in an unacceptable outcome. Unfortunately, the professionalism and expertise I experienced during my first visit were absent this time. MISSED THE SKILLED STYLIST FROM MY FIRST VISIT. Notably, the skilled stylist who attended to me initially was unavailable during my second visit, and I was informed he had left. I hope you'll address these issues: 1. Provide training on listening to client instructions. 2. Ensure consistency in service quality. 3. Consider rehiring or replacing departed staff.

Loved the haircut. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The stylist really took the time to understand what I wanted. One of the best salon i've visited till date.

Disappointing Experience - 1/5 Stars I recently visited and paid 200 for a haircut that lacked quality. The cut was subpar, comparable to a 50 roadside barber service. I'm concerned that owner Phurba Sherpa is posting fake 5-star reviews to artificially inflate ratings. Key issues: 1. Poor haircut quality 2. Misleading online reviews Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this salon. Unfortunately, zero stars aren't an option, so I've given one star. Suggestion: Focus on genuine customer feedback and service quality enhancement.

I recently visited Waves salon, BSF road, Salugara and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, and the atmosphere was both welcoming and relaxing. The stylists, was fantastic. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered expert advice, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail, the use of high-quality products, and the level of care were outstanding. What stood out the most was how the stylist made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and explained each step. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and so happy with my new look! I highly recommend waves to anyone looking for top-notch salon services. You can expect professionalism, great customer service, and, most importantly, fabulous results!

My stylist listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me the best haircut and color Ive ever had. They used high-quality products, and I could really tell the difference. The salon is impeccably clean, and they are very attentive to hygiene and safety, which I greatly appreciated. The service was timely, and I never felt rushed.
