Swati's

This is the 2nd time I have visited Swati's for my hair straightening. They are really professional, kind and welcoming. I am really happy and satisfied with the results. Thank you soooo much to both the didi's for their amazing work. Thanks to Swati mam as well. Highly recommend. Looking forward to visit again.

I am from Europe...recently went kolkata for holidays. I went to Swati's parlor for hair straightening saw good ratings I thought to give a try. 2 workers were their,for me looks like they came for training. Behavior was very nice but one of them all the time was in phone didn't feel any professional attitude..they did my straightening after 3 days after following their instructions I went for wash followed with hair spa...but within hour my hair feels like hay or khor...I called they said use serum didn't help again ask for meeting with the owner..Owner didn't come down they took me to her apartment as I insisted to meet her and she replied I had damaged hair and I am not using same product as they use for straightening and also making bun with my hair effectingon my straightening..I did straightening at least 3 times never had this bad experience and if I had damaged hair why as a beautician she didn't suggest not to use more chemicals they charged 3500rs. Very disappointed with the work and specially after seeing their mistake they didn't expect their fault.

My experience in Swati's is awesome. The way all the staffs took care of everything, is really worth mentioning. Moreover, I felt very good at the time of face massage. I would love to be there again and again.

Very disappointed with their hair smoothing service. I went there all because of the goodwill it has but I was in for a huge setback. Despite spending 5k on the service, there are crunches and hair is frizzy. The solution they offer is chopping off the length. :/ Facial treatments yes but a big no from my end for hair treatments. This is coming from a lifestyle blogger.

A nice ladies salon. I like their staff's behaviour. They are well behaved and well experienced. Worth giving a try..
