Me and my mom went for hair cut at their parlour.......my mom repeatedly told them to just trim her hair but the lady who was cutting her hair was extremely arrogant and had already made up her mind of cutting her hair extremely short. In the name of trimming she had almost made her hair half the size which is not at all according to her style . While doing shampoo she also splashed water inside her ear which was extremely uncomfortable!!!!!!her behaviour was not at all up to the mark. Where as the guy who cut my hair was very decent ,well trained and absolutely did a great job!!!! I hope this will be helpful!!!!!

I had a lovely experience at the salon. Went in today because I needed an immediate haircut before leaving for New Zealand. My stylist Mithun did a wonderful job on my hair. Followed my requirements and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with everything. I also got a hair spa and a hairfall treatment and it was great. They are efficient stylists, and will take into account your needs and requirements. Their behaviour is also very polite. Highly recommend.

Hi All, Location:- The salon is located right on the verge of GT Road which is easily accessible. People:- The people over here are just fantastic, they do their work with sheer dedication. Horrible experience, Staff is extremely confused They do not know what they are talking, First they will tell you that Bleach is a part of facial and u need not pay extra for that,after a few minutes they will retract from what they hav assured and would say that u have to pay an extra 600 for bleach Again back scrub is a part of the facial..its very basic and inclusive..I reconfirmed with the person attending me.the owner arrives and says that its not inclusive and extra charges shall be incurred,as if its a joke going on Furthermore its prudent to mention that owner's behaviour is DISDAINFUL, So much so that I had to get up in the middle of the service and return home She is full of attitude and all over the place..messed up and not welcoming.. She is not open for discussions..she doesnt hav a problem solving attitude( as thats the least u can expect from an owner) rather she stepped into the room to create even more trouble and FIGHT with her client literally Apparently she is charging you for the product and trying to save the residue to be used on some other client( i mean who does that)..she speaks gibberish and doesnt sound like an owner but like a person who would walk an extra mile to fool customers and it is learnt that the mentality of people behind such a facade is quite cheap.. In bervity,Untrained rude staff working with an extremely unprofessional and unpleasant person who calls herself the owner Caution-pls ask them to show the products they would use on your skin. before they start your services.. Request,never take clients for granted..they can give u a tough time just in case u think of messing around with them..and above all..we are not born yesterday.I am dubious how long will she be able to sustain her business If she has such a propensity of getting into endless arguments with her customers Who for sure doesn't land up there to get services for free right..!
